Welcome to the Montana State Music Teachers Association
MSMTA is a professional, non-profit educational organization designed to enhance
the professionalism, personal growth and career development of its members. We
have Local Associations throughout Montana, and we are affiliated with
Music Teachers National Association.
MSMTA is comprised of approximately 200 members including teachers of piano,
voice, strings, brass, woodwind, organ, percussion and composition providing
education to children and adults of all ages. In order to further the art of music
and to promote growth and professional development, MSMTA provides programs
that support teaching, performance, composition, and research.
